What does it mean to influence? In this course, you will learn the keys to essential influencing skills. Outcomes: Upon completion of the course, you will be better able to define influencing and its benefits, identify key attributes of an effective influencer, discuss approaches and tactics used in influencing, describe how social currencies can be used to influence others, and finally create an action plan for what you can do now.
